After being a co-founder of the Network of Alternative and Solidarity Economy in France in the early 1990s, Eric worked in local development in France and then in Brussels between 2001 and 2005 at the European Confederation of Workers Cooperatives (CECOP).

In Luxembourg since 2006, he worked at INEES (European Institute for Solidarity Economy) in which he organized the RIPESS Intercontinental meetings in 2009 and then co-organized the creation of RIPESS Europe in Barcelona in 2011, where he became General coordinator. He joined the Luxembourgian transition towns movement in 2012 and he is now in charge of the REconomy project.
