She is founder and CEO of 3EStrategies, a new economy consulting firm. While serving as First Lady of Oregon Cylvia led the Oregon Prosperity Initiative taking a systemic approach to poverty-prevention. Cylvia co-chaired the team that developed Oregon’s Renewable Energy Standard, Renewable Fuels Standard and other clean energy policies.
