Track 2 . 4 Good practice to be replicated: An Evolutive Coordinating Mode Framework

An evolutive continuum in the organization constructs is depicted, composed by five stages: Decent Work, Resources Based View (both of them in the capital-work dichotomy), Inner Social Responsibility (employees Self-Actualization), Outer Social Responsibility (Service to a Community) and alignment (Co-Evolution).

These constructs are aligned with seven coordinating mechanisms based on Mintzberg (1989; 1991), with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs (1971) and with the stages of Spiral Dynamic Integral (SDI) of Wilber (2001): Direct Supervision, Operations, Social, Outputs, Skills Standardization, Mutual Adaptation and Tuning. Finally, differences between past (idealist) and new (creative) organizations are presented.
