We collect information about you when you join a mailing list or take part in an online action such as completing one of our registration forms. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

We collect information about you to send you emails about our work and how you can get involved.

We share limited information with our service provider 1&1, Mailchimp & WordPress who help us send you our communications. We do not allow these organisations to use your data for their own purposes, and we will not share your data with other organisations for their own marketing purposes.

We use a third party service, WordPress, to publish our website. The plug-ins are monitored regularly.

PEOPLE WHO CONTACT US VIA SOCIAL MEDIA

When you send Direct Messages via Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, these companies will store and process your communications, and information related to them. Fundacion Global Hub for the Common Good will not copy, store, or re-share the contents of your communications.

Any email sent to us, including any attachments, may be monitored and used by us for reasons of security and for monitoring compliance with office policy.  Email monitoring or blocking software may also be used. PEOPLE WHO USE FUNDACION GLOBAL HUB FOR THE COMMON GOOD SERVICES

We have to hold the details of the people who have requested the service in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and for other closely related purposes. For example, we might use information about people who have attended workshops to carry out a survey to find out if they are happy with the level of service they received.

When people subscribe to our free newsletters or updates through signing up on our website, they can cancel their subscription at any time and are given an easy way of doing this.

When people purchase a service from us, such as booking a place on a workshop or training course, their details will be added to a mailing database held by a third party provider, Mailchimp, and sent information on similar services.
